One hour minimum; charged in 15 minute intervals beyond one hour + sales tax and applicable materials on all of the above

Our team has grown in the last year! The vision of She Can Caulk It was always to have a training element to the company, where women and LGBTQ+ folks could access the knowledge not always available to them in a safe environment. While we have fully fledged team members who are ready to take on the more technical projects, we also have apprentices who are still learning. Projects they are assigned to also include our lead contractor, to supervise their work.

The numbers above are an example of our cost breakdown for a basic home repairs job. Our other services are more niche, and cost will depend entirely on the job. We will always be transparent with you. Always feel free to ask if you have questions about the cost of a project!

Levels of Involvement

In an effort to make your experience with our team as customizable as possible, we are now offering tiers of service for contract projects! Your project with us will, of course, receive our highest level of care and attention to detail, but we offer different experiences for the planning stage leading up to the start of the project. Whether this is your first time hiring a contractor or you've done this a million times, we will strive to make your experience with our team a pleasant one.

Tier 1

Included with all contract projects!

Ask our lead contractor any questions that you have or that come up during the project.
Get consistent updates for the duration of your project, along with a guarantee that you will receive immediate notice if we discover something unexpected.
You'll do the shopping for any non-construction materials (think tile or decorative trim), but we will provide guidelines and confirm that what you've chosen will work the way you want it to.

Tier 2

Best for those familiar with the process but prefer we handle the materials.

Ask our lead contractor any questions that you have or that come up during the project.
Get consistent updates for the duration of your project, along with a guarantee that you will receive immediate notice if we discover something unexpected.
We'll provide you with some options to choose from for any non-construction items (think tile or decorative trim) that suit the needs of your project. Then, we'll arrange purchase and delivery.
Our team will arrange an in-person site visit, so you can meet the people who will be working in your home and make sure we're all on the same page about the details.

5% of contract price & materials costs

Tier 3

Best for those unfamiliar with hiring a contractor and a bit nervous about the process.

Ask our lead contractor any questions that you have or that come up during the project.
Get consistent updates for the duration of your project, along with a guarantee that you will receive immediate notice if we discover something unexpected.
We'll work with you to curate non-construction materials options that fit with the style of your home, as well as handle the shopping and delivery.
Our team will arrange an in-person site visit, so you can meet the people who will be working in your home and make sure we're all on the same page about the details.
One of our team members will create a mockup of the project, so you can get a visual of how the finished project is expected to look.
